Matt's Bio

Matt’s profession has encompassed 25+ years in the Radio/TV/Entertainment industry. From disc jockey to TV news anchor, actor to university lecturer, commercial producer to on-camera spokesman, his career has spanned just about every media medium. He has literally voiced over a thousand local/regional/national commercials for TV and radio-air play and appeared in hundreds of national commercials. His voice-over talent has earned him many awards including an Emmy. Contained on the backdrop of this webpage are the names of companies and corporations that have used his talents.

And yet, he would tell you that his passion is living with and loving his family.

Matt is a devoted Christian and through multiple ministries and teaching organizations he has invested the last ten years in helping families strengthen their relationships . Matt develops Biblically based curriculum and teaching materials and has traveled as a national conference and seminar speaker.

Matt’s teaching focuses primarily on teenagers and parents of teens. For a number of years he toured with a national ministry talking to parents and teens on sexuality and abstinence. He brings the practical experience of raising his own family. Matt has been married 28 years and has three adult children.

Currently, Matt writes, voices and produces radio features that have aired on over 45 Christian radio stations nationwide. In addition to speaking opportunities at men’s retreats and youth groups, Matt continues to encourage parents and teens through his latest seminar “The Teenage Years”. This two day course is Biblically-based, interactive, and a family-strengthening course designed to help parents touch the lives of their teens with love and understanding.

Matt continues to be involved in the ministry of Christian radio and works for a broadcast group located along the Central Coast of California.
